Pros
Instills great work habits. Great "first job" out of college. Young, energetic atmosphere.
Cons
Hours - long and boring. Putting in a 7:30 - 5:30 day is hardly acceptable and you'll catch glares on your way out the door. Culture - a young employee base breeds an unprofessional environment, and boundaries broken between work/life are consistently violated & blurred. Upward Mobility - you work in sales to be promoted to sales and start over, it doesn't make sense. Not enough options. Politics - personally, I did not feel that leadership respected me as an individual or had my best interest in mind. I didn't respect their leadership style either. Furthermore, AM's (first promotion after recruiter) are mostly young 20's and act superior to recruiters in their same age demographic.
