- New infrastructure and neatly designed interiors - Employee benefits include an in-built gym and shower room (aside from the pantry and sleeping quarters), a discount store and pharmacy - Walking or a few minutes away from where I live - Organized - Everyone seems friendly - Yearly basic pay increase and allowance
