      Pros

      Fun, fast paced work environment. Compensation is pretty fair. Great work/life balance. Tons of perks-discounts on phones, plans, other work perks.

      Cons

      Even though the company talks about developing their associates it does not happen. The way that the company wants to be run is not trickling down and being carried out that way. Upper management needs to pay more attention to what is actually going on in the stores.

      Pros

      really cheap phone plan, and big discount on a phone every year. Pay is pretty good too mix of base pay and commission. Base will be current minimum wage and you get commission on everything you sell.

      Cons

      inconsistent pay, pay fluctuates based on the traffic of store. If nobody is coming to buy from you, you're just getting making minimum wage. Pressure from manager and area manager on selling different stuff, they change their focus every month.
