      Try to reallocate employees targetted for layoffs - please give them an option to apply for jobs within the company.

      Fast pace. Employee shares program.

      Cons

      It seems layoffs have become an annual event for Business Transformation unit - even for those who are contributors. These employees were not given the option to apply for those job postings within the company. Management from other business units did not have an opportunity to recruit from those targetted for layoffs.

      Pros

      Diversity, competitive salary, good camaraderie amongst peers. The need for change is felt, however very few are willing to stick out their neck and propose change or be change agents.

      Cons

      Corporate politics, no clear long term strategy (priorities change every year). To many delivery & support teams, highly silo-ed (reflecting the silo-ed business units).
