      Great company to gain a lot of experience. Look elsewhere for high compensation.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Stock continues to climb. Opportunities to work from home depending on your position. Reasonable hours allow for a decent work/life balance.

      Cons

      Bonuses have been shrinking every year. HR policies make it difficult to properly reward top performers. It can be discouraging to see low performers making slightly less than top performers. Head count is squeezed every year and the motto is "do more with less" Laptops are only upgraded when they break.

      Pros

      This is a very good organisation to work for. The work environment has a very 'young' and vibrant feel, although it is not becasue everyone is young, it is more of an attitude. Managmeent is typically very open and the organisation is fairly flat in that respect. great culture great people great transparancy

      there are no real Cons other than the typical big organizational red tape
