      Benefits, brand, share program, discounts, strong budget to work with.

      Cons

      Commission rarely paid out due to processes impeding target relief and commission matrix works against rather than for payout. Some poor management can be demotivating and insulting which can be adopted by easily influenced peers resulting in an uncomfortable/unpleasant environment. Difficult to compete in the market place due to slow processes and non-competitive prices.
