      Two separate worlds: TELUS vs. TELUS Quebec

      Pros

      Nice people to work with. Benefits are market competitive. Work life balance is respected and encouraged. If you have an idea to improve the business, then you will have many opportunities to influence change.

      Cons

      It feels like the business equivalent of Quebec separatism. Not the best place to work for a multi-lingual ethnic minority. Other than that daily annoyance, which impacts team spirit and efficiency, it really could be a better place to work.

      You run your own business. Lots of autonomy to make decisions and close deals. Profitable company to grow with.

      Cons

      Large company with lots of tape to get through. Many internal process issues and cross team competition within the sales group.
