      Pros

      frontline mgmt & Exec mgmt is great, flexible work options are appreciated, no lack of of work or challenging opportunities, employees discounts for Optik are nice

      Cons

      middle mgmt (directors/VPs) seem to be out of touch, and not willing to listen to compelling underlying reasons for dissatisfaction. A lot of incompetence and slop is tolerated and this drags the entire organization backwards. If you want to advance in careers, many managers telling staff to leave TELUS

      Flexible hours, and work location. Access to the latest devices, and never seen a cell phone bill.

      Cons

      No real processes in place. Serious favouritism shown to some. Never a leader, always a follower under tight deadlines.

      TELUS is a big company with lots of opportunities for advancements and changes. There is a constant stream of internal postings.

      Cons

      A lot of people are too focused on what they do and they lose sight of the bigger picture... helping other people out doesn't come naturally.
