      great benefits and salary, especialy for entry level positions access to online training 24/7 some employee discounts multiple locations around the country option to work from some for some positions

      Cons

      values and mission statement focused on client's satisifaction and engement of employees but internal targets focused mainly on revenue before all else.

      Pros

      The company is open to self-driven innovation, although you will likely be doing it on your own time and against opposition until you have numbers to back it up.

      Cons

      There's a lot of silo-ing which makes it difficult to grow or work with other people. In addition, the developer culture is lacking. TELUS is trying to fix that but doesn't have much idea how to, which is not great to work in but allows for a lot of room to make change.
