      Pros

      Very good wages, benefits, work conditions and training. Coworkers and first line management easy to work with. Generous vacation and time off allowances.

      Cons

      As in many large organizations upper management sees employees only as numbers that can be replaced if they can find contractors willing to work for less with no benefits.

      nothing that I can think of. Telus is the best company i work with so far.

      Amazing customer service and care for the community

      Pros

      - Really care about their customers - Extremely community originated through donations and volunteer hours - Lots of mid management and high positions - Good compensation but not top tier - Excellent executive team

      Cons

      - Huge gap in career opportunities between entry level to mid management, very hard to make the jump up - Large gap in the quality of employees - Difficult hours for many workers that run into the night and into weekends preventing a good work/life balance - The union for front line workers prevent a culture of performance recognition rather then tenure recognition - Many of the bets jobs are located in BC preventing the rest of the country from these opportunities
