Pros

Overall treatment and possibilities. A great benefits package, and even a share plan where you make money just by purchasing shares. Plus their committment to the comunities and to charity work is amazing! I am very proud to say I work to TELUS.

Cons

Stressful! Some days are not bad at all, but there are just those days where people just dont seem to get it!

They have payed for me to learn more. This helps them as much as it helps me but I still appreciate all the money they invest in their own people! I work downtown and have the option of working from home on off-shifts if I need to. My job function is very portable and management has made changes to benefit the employees. I love my job! Often when we do good things for customers we get recognized by management if the customer makes the effort to notify the management team!

Cons

The dark cloud that looms over us thanks to some unhappy mobility customers. Some who have had tech-support/service issues in the past do not seem willing to let go.

Things are somewhat slow. Lots of meetings, etc. Big enterprise.
