Pros

The culture is amazing (When they hire people who actually believe in it) My co-workers are friendly and supportive.

Cons

Sr leadership have a tendency to be sexist when making hiring decisions. If you're a women in leadership and disagree with anyone, it is always considered an emotional reaction rather than one based on logic. Sexual harassment and ethic complaints won't prevent someone from being promoted and are largely ignored. They wait till our company wide survey is over to make or announce unfavorable news. Perception is everything here and if you get pegged as being one way it will take many years before it even begins to change.

Awful company

Pros

Work from home, with no set work time, incredibly flexible, just need to hit 10 hours a week minimum (when they had hours), If you are disabled or need a bit of extra money, it might be worth the stress, but absolutely do not rely on this company as your primary source of income, if they even continue to exist at all which doesn't seem likely.

Cons

Pay is terrible. Standards/Exceptions are unreasonable and arbitrary, and the "training" they do is mostly useless. Communication is awful. Getting clear answers on anything is impossible, and at best it take 3-4 days to get an reply from the email addresses they provide, and most of the time it is copy paste trash, that doesn't answer your questions. Hours were completely up in the air, there would be months of bonus hours above the typically allowed 20, then months of barely getting any hours at all. And from week to week you wouldn't know at all, and couldn't plan ahead. My guess is they are downsizing significantly right now, because they sent out an email that essentially was pass this test or get fired, and then some people that passed the test still got fired (including me), and then others that didn't were kept on for retraining? Makes no sense, but there is a reason why their stock price has dropped 90% in the last 6 months, because everything about this company is incompetence.
