No progression after two years, pay is capped after two years, promotions means a pay cut, no concern for staff in anyway and it's all about the client and the clients needs, "Look after your employees and the rest looks after itself". I received an email to work hurricane Harvey in Las Vegas after fingerprints and background check. I was hired so I quit the job I was at to help. Five days later myself and about 100 others were let go because of background from FEMA. Then the pay card they gave me was not assigned to me meaning no money. They gave me another that further delayed getting paid by another 24 hours. I quit a good job to work at Telia and can't go back now. Really bad form on their part and extremely bad for me.
