Salary - being part with this company for many years, I feel that salary isn't enough to cover my needs mostly to support my kids. They should at least considering the yearly appraisal not just only based on yearly performance but also the years staying in this company. Management - Former management were way better than current, maybe I have some challenges at the moment but still, management have to consider the capability of their team member by giving it's timeframe to enhance the skills of what team member have at the moment. Workload - we know that pressure is there but at least they should also consider and appreciate what team member done performing the other task, not by blaming them at the end. Opportunities available to other Program - have management at least to consider the employee to transfer or move into other program if there's any position available. Team members also looking for another opportunity that has better salary.
