Pros

Flexible schedule, great work life balance, lower stress, yearly raises, low employee turnover, above average pay. This is a great place to work if you are independent and love to have control over your work. You will not be blamed for other employees mistakes. A great opportunity to learn a ton about mortgage, even if you have been working in the industry for awhile.

Cons

If you are someone who needs a lot of human interaction and needs a lot of work friends, this may not be the work culture for you.

Pros

Second look audit software allows for every auditor to gain the knowledge required to identify underwriting defects and non compliant loans. Flexible working hours with starting times between 5-10:30. Quiet working environment with little to no pressure from customer calls. Free parking, clean building and office space, and growing every year.

Cons

Lacks contact with other employees.
