Pros

Home every night off on weekends. Typically close fill-in roles for other driving companies. Gain inside look at various freight transport companies in your local area before hiring on permanently.

Cons

Not a permanent company in and of itself. Though if you enjoy changing work style, driving routes it can reduce work boredom.

Wages were good as well as the healthcare the equipment was also in good working order for the most part

Cons

micromanaging from upper management ruined many good opportunities that the employees worked hard to maintain
