      Pros

      There's nothing, nothing to be proud of, nothing to represent, nothing to work hard for.

      Cons

      The stuff that goes on at this company doesn't happen anywhere else, they screw over employees that have been working their butts off for decades. They have the union in their pocket, stay away because there will come a time where they screw you over too. Ask a worker there, ask them what they think about the place. CEO operates like he's a crime family boss.

      High growth, High expectations, long hours

      Pros

      High growth company through acquisition. Sr. Leadership has a lot of abilities, solutions, allowing revenue generating employees a lot of latitude.

      Cons

      High expectations with CEO always wanting unrealistic profit margins, aggressive growth with less and less resources, resulting in lower than market pay, longer hours, older equipment. CEO is also CFO and chairman of "his" board, showing his controlling nature.

      Pros

      They find work for you and keep you busy. TransForce is family oriented and will place drivers on assignment that they are interested in.

      Cons

      Some jobs only give you 40 hours a week and you may work at more than one company to get hours when first hired.
