MEH maybe the pay not much i can say good after being laid off after two years with no explanation and being THE TOP performer on my team

Cons

No work life balace, you're expected to work 80 hrs a week. The managers directors and vps are clueless numb skulls who somehow remain in business.

Layoffs, no clear direction, short staff with everyone being over worked. They don't want to rehire legacy employees because they don't want to pay the higher salaries and benefits.
