      Pros

      Overall, THE RIGHT STAFF is a good place to work. Pros include: There are plenty of opportunities for challenges and growth. They look to promote from within. They have a staff of driven, team oriented individuals. They work and partner with top employers of the twin cities. THE RIGHT STAFF is a local organization so employees are not just a number, our opinions and ideas are valued. It is a fun and competitive environment.

      Cons

      Schedules can vary depending on business needs which can be both a plus in flexibility but can make days long during peak times.

      Commission potential, tight-knit teams, long-standing clients as well as new clients coming in, some degree of branch independence/decentralization

      Cons

      Client management issues and expectations consistently leave recruiters on the short-end of the stick; training new employees often leads directly into managing brand new accounts with minimum assistance and immediate sales-side pressure;

As a company, THE RIGHT STAFF strives to provide a productive and supportive work environment in our fast-paced offices. We have been very lucky to find many talented and intelligent individuals who have found success and growth within our company.
