      Lot's of Opportunity for Growth for new Recruiters! - Offers Variety, Independence, and Training

      Pros

      I started with THE RIGHT STAFF 8 years ago in a front desk position and grew into Recruiting, and more recently into our Staffing Manager role. THE RIGHT STAFF offers a unique agency recruiting environment. Our recruiters support various openings from entry-level to Sr. Level searches for contract and direct hire needs. We tackle the challenges of recruiting in this new era with a variety of tools, including new technology, strong advertising, and a collaborative team environment. We train our staff to have the tools to be successful in handling their own book of business and serving as consultants to our clients.

      Cons

      This role is very independently driven, employees take ownership of their client accounts and open orders. You need to be comfortable making your own success based on your ability to handle daily recruiting activities successfully.

      Opportunity to learn more of the recruiting field.

      Cons

      Small staffing firm starting up again after covid. Many recruiters have left that place for many reasons. One of the many reasons is the vice president. She was overbearing to work with. One of the owners' worst decision to make her vice president. They are cheap and they dont function as great.

      Pros

      Job was really easy that was chosen, got hired on by the company during the contract.

      Cons

      Benefits are not great, also not a lot of paid time off.

      Thank you for your review! It is great to hear that your contract led to a full-time opportunity. Contractors due qualify for holiday pay at 600 hours worked, and vacation bonuses after 1800 hours.
