      Great benefits, difficult culture

      Clients are great, educated, and fun to work with Great benefits, 401k match, salaries are competitive

      Cons

      Executive and Upper Management is a constant shuffle; goals and objectives change each year. Too much focus on DEI, and woke social issues. Technology is antiquated, lots of compliance hoops to jump through when working with clients.

      Good PTO policy and good healthcare for employees

      Cons

      This company changes and updates their WFH policy all the time. Doesn't give a good explanation why they changed it and they don't give you any time to adjust your schedule for it. All they want is for their employees to sit down and shut up and work. Don't live up to their 'people pledge' values

      Good compensation and benefits package Great people working in the trenches Company aims to do what's best for clients 5 million participants means you will never run out of people to call Holistic financial planning approach invariably helps clients  CEO highly respected across industry  Constant change to try to improve mediocre technology and sales process

      Cons

      Terrible, low caliber managers from top to bottom in Wealth Management  All Directors were promoted following voluntary severance program for 75% of the organization  Only sycophants will have the chance to grow their career The best financial products e.g. no-load life insurance were jettisoned as they never figured out how to sell to a captive client base Who knows what the Wealth Management division is called they changed the name every year
