Pros

Generous PTO allowance Autonomous Workstyle Comfortable office Generous benefits Good group of people to work with who have longevity

Cons

Unreasonable RTO requirements and inequitable adherence requirements. Numerus inefficient internal business process. Lots of errors. Inadequate staffing of HR support / slow and unreasonable response times to inquiries. Ill-equipped IT support desk staffed with contractors who usually just troubleshoot basic (mostly unrelated) potential issues, then ultimately escalate to 2nd - and usually 3rd tier - technicians. Response time is very slow. Inconsistent and unfair eligibility for certain benefits. (Managers and employees living in certain stats and earning less than $80k receive a monthly home data/internet allowance, whereas those earning over $80 are cut off from this benefit. Non-exempt employees don't receive unlimited PTO. Managers are discouraged from giving fair and equitable performance ratings to their direct reports. They have to rate on a curve, and HR hosts "calibration meetings" with managers where they discuss employee performance and in some instances require that employees' ratings be downgraded from what the managers, who have first-hand experience managing the employees, recommend. They use a spreadsheet to allocate the 1-5 ratings on a curve and have discussions on how to "manage out" certain employees. Diversity & Inclusion isn't as available to employees who desire to practice their beliefs on a daily basis as it is to employees. Great pressure to accept and conform to abnormal behaviors that conflict with morality and personal values.
