Pros

Working at TIDI has demonstrated to me the positive impact that collective teams can have in solving challanging situations or coming up with new and innovative ways to impact Healthcare. The team challanges one another in a respectful way to think outside the box, support each other and to discuss topics cross functionally. The concept of Lean Management is strong and key aspects bring great value to daily activities to drive forward momentum.

Cons

Like many companies the need and ability to prioritize remains a challange for most departments. Strong desire for prioritization but many tasks are needed to ensure the overall goal is met.

Pros

The team is tasked with changing the company from a distribution-based manufacturing company to a medical device company that focuses in the acute care space. This is challenging but an exciting opportunity to build and accelerate growth within an organization. Work/life balance is great; leadership requires that teams prioritize tasks; a safe place to grow and learn.

Cons

There's a lot of work to be done as this company grows and changes. Like many med tech companies today, evolution can be difficult to manage.
