There really are no pros left here as all of the reasons for being here have resigned for other better roles.

Cons

What happened to hiring smart people and letting the do their jobs? The CCO/COO is constantly changing his strategy and doesnt want to hear other options. No one here is really interested in moving this company forward for future growth. If an idea doesnt come from the President or CCO/COO then it may as well not even be brought up. The COO is afraid of anyone who may be smarter than he is and he is certainly terrified of the President.
