      covid allowed for completely remote work

      Cons

      looking to grow from within, good luck. they tend to hire from the outside or are extremely selective on who gets promoted. Leadership is not the best

      Thank you for reviewing TISTA! Covid definitely made us re-think what a typical TISTA workday looked like. We care about our associates and want to keep them as safe as we possibly can. In fact, many of our roles have shifted to fully remote or hybrid (all based on client requirements). We're disappointed that you had a poor experience with internal mobility. We meet weekly with the hiring managers to review team members that are either rolling off projects or that have expressed an interest in making a move. We are excited to announce that we have brought a full-time workforce transformation expert to the team! She will be instrumental in helping our team to gain the skills needed to take their careers where they desire!       Pros

      TISTA treat vets, especially the disabled, with great respect and provide many opportunities. TISTA provides great work opportunities, flexible work opportunities, excellent benefits package and compensation. This company is really going places! I'm a very senior professional and have worked many, many jobs and for many organizations; TISTA is a class act and definately one of the better companies I've seen.

      Cons

      TISTA is growing so fast that things can be a bit chaotic and some of their biz processes need improving to be more consistent from client to client across the org. But they are definately working on it.
