The Company's leadership has vision and strategy in place. They also truly cares about its employees, customers, and business partners. They are not that kind of companies that secretly pass their business to their relatives. They also emphasize family first if there is a conflict between family and work. The managing partners are all down-to-earth and they have an "open-door" policy for any employees to walk into the President's and CEO's offices to talk to them. The Company also truly putting customers' interest first before revenue or profit. They took the ownership if they made a mistake. TISTA also set aside serious effort and money for philanthropy effort. It is very rare for a company to support charity effort and does NOT promote it publicly. For example, they donated a significant amount of money as a small business and their employees volunteer for a health organization on a regular basis but the Company refused to list its name on the Donners' Wall.

There is no pros with this company. Applicants, stay far away.
