Pros
I have been a TISTA employee for over a year now. I absolutely enjoy every day I go to the office. I have rarely worked with a group of people who are as innovative, engaging, friendly, willing to help, and collaborate. Every day I am excited to see what I can accomplish and how I can collaborate with my colleagues. In addition, the work we do impacts the American public in ways that make me incredibly proud. Being part of a company that has the type of impact TISTA has is an honor and really inspires me. TISTA is a company that has a very clear focus and path, and is willing to identify areas of improvement. As with any growing company, there are some growing pains, but I can confidently say that I can see leadership taking steps to improve overall processes and ensure employee retention.
Cons
Clear communication across the organization can be a challenge. The audience needs in terms of crafting the messages aren't always considered, and this can result in confusing messages.
