      Pros

      Good career advancement, growing fast, lots of opportunity, philanthropic focus, lots of youth and energy. Excellent compensation. Good people. Reimbursement for professional development.

      Cons

      A bit disorganized from the rapid growth. There have been a few toxic people here, just like at any company, but thankfully most of the ones I know of have left. I'm sure you can find their negative reviews on here. The HQ office used to be kind of lame, but after the redesign it's pretty cool. Some of the benefits are a little "small company" for my taste. I also feel like this is more of an environment for people who have better technical skills; people who aren't very good technically might want to look elsewhere IMHO.

      ummmm.....they have a nice Keurig machine

      Cons

      Management is a mess. No one knows what they are doing. They value "loyalty"more than skill, so you have people who are putting in 10-12 hour days (because they are incompetent) who are viewed as valuable team members.
