Pros
I have worked at TISTA for about a year. In that year, TISTA's senior managers showed that they have no concern for the safety or well-being of their employees. A pro for this firm is that they will most likely be audited by HHS and lose a majority of their contracts because of the despicable conditions of their workplace.
Cons
TISTA started office renovations and heavy construction in July 2018. They tore down walls and had exposed wiring and generally dangerous conditions in the workplace. At no point were we allowed to work from home. It is very ironic that a "healthcare IT" firm would want its employees to work in unsafe environments. I have made several reports to OSHA and HHS. I have included pictures of the hazardous conditions employees are forced to work in. I hope that the government penalizes this company for their blatant lack of concern for employee health. Also, the partners of this company do not care about your personal time. If you have taken PTO or are sick, they will call you at any time of the day or night for their needs. They view employees as mules and not people, and do not respect us.
