There is no defined vision or mission for the organization. It is uncommon for leadership to communicate with the company as a whole. The last company wide message from leadership was the announcement of the new COO position which had been created two months prior to sending the message. Good employees are let go without warning and no explanation. When staff are let go you find out when you send them an email and receive an auto-response notifying you that they are no longer with the company. Paranoia runs deep at TISTA. There are excessive politics at the XO level. Recent security additions include cameras in the conference rooms and above employee cubicles. The person listed as CEO on Glassdoor is not the CEO of the company. The actual CEO is correctly listed on the company website.

Terrible environment, no support from Management Management shows little respect to the employees Employees are treated like a herd of cattle rather than an asset. Basic employee needs are considered a luxury and you are left on your own Support staff and HR will treat you horribly Some individuals are allowed to intimidate employees to silence their voices Cliquish, and you are made to feel as intrusion and an outsider People don't last much
