Pros
Uhhhhh, what pros? It started out okay, I suppose. By the end, it was an absolutely toxic dumpster fire.
Cons
The company lost the bulk of their contract portfolio during re-competes, which led to laying off over a hundred employees with little notice and no severance. Further, anyone associated with these lost contracts now has negative narrative surrounding them on their resume because senior leadership fumbled the contracts so hard. I use the term "Leadership" very loosely here, as they have no idea how to lead. That's how we got this far. What more do you need to know?
