I've worked for this company before so I knew how the store works. It was an easy job to just clean and do. My fellow associates were so kind and fun and helped me figure out anything that confused me. Managers were awesome and fun to work for. The cool holiday incentives/random giveaways they do.

Far from my home Hours were low Pay was meager

Pros

It's a pretty basic retail job and I gained great retail experience for my resume for future jobs.

Cons

I've worked at multiple locations, and all but one had managers/coordinators with terrible attitudes. It's as if they are really unhappy to be working for TJX and were a bit demeaning.

I needed a part time job. I just wanted to work two or three days a week. I know my schedule three weeks in advance so I can plan ahead. Great managers, great co-workers.

Cons
