Pros

Whenever you needed hours or if you're in school management was understanding and flexible. Gave everyone an opportunity to move up in positions and offered full-time positions to all associates. When asked for days off they were given.

Cons

Most of the time the weekends or peak hours during the week it were really understaffed. Sometimes communication was off with coordinators, managers, and associates. If you need to speak up do so it helps.

Pros

Pays higher than the minimum wage of $8.25

Cons

1) No growth, I had the same job position for five years and was turned down three times for the coordinator position even though management INSISTED that I apply for it. 2) They don't care about you unless you get them a credit card application each shift. 3) They never used my correct pronouns. I had to call corporate!
