You get to personally look at the great merchandise they have to offer and very little employee discount, but its is good to have it.

Cons

A few of the coordinators and very rude and commanding who give you orders like you own them. Overall this job would be an unrewarding place to work.

The pay is a pro. After six months you get a raise to $10. I expected minimum wage going into this position.

Cons

There are none at all management is great and I applaud them for what they are doing at TJX Company.
