Pros

You get a 20% discount for all clothing! You can progress your career for visual merchandising if you want to! There is a lot of opportunities to display merchandise in a very clever, fun, and stylish ways! It is not only limited to clothing but you can also do this for furniture and home decor section of the store.

Cons

Some cons were cleaning up the store when customers left it a complete mess, but of course its part of the job. I would say if you hate organizing and making things look nice or hate bending down and picking stuff off the floors all day, this job may not be for you. Sales associates also had to get at least six new credit cards open each day at our registers. It is kind of annoying to ask customers sometimes.
