At Trinity we believe it is imperative to have the right people in the right roles at all levels who are committed to our core values. Thank you for your feedback. We’re currently, and aggressively, rolling out new initiatives to find talent with the same great skill levels of our current employees. Meanwhile, work/life balance means a lot to us. Your feedback indicates to me that there could be some improvements here. I will roll this over to our managers, so they can have this insight.
