It is through valuable feedback like yours that this year we started providing a Flex Dollar Allowance. This program provides up to $1000 for employees to help make the comprehensive benefits choices more customizable and affordable. We are proud to share that more than half of our employees enrolled in this new program receive more in flex dollars than the cost of actual benefits.
