      Fair pay Fun employee events Managers who listen and are willing to help Flexibility

      Cons

      Some disconnect between departments that should be working together Some employees that don’t care or pull their weight remain in their roles when there are others who would be happy to do the job well Benefits could be better; not the worst but not the best High turnover Raises are not merit based and more so cost of living based

      Expectations high pay low

      Pros

      Free food? Overtime is really great for those willing to give up any kind of life. If your salaried, forget it.

      Cons

      You work with inmates. You are constantly understaffed. They could care less about training or safety and unless you are one of the good ole boys or don’t speak Spanish, you will not fit in.

      Thank you for your feedback. We’re currently, and aggressively, rolling out new initiatives to find talent with the same great skill levels of our current employees. Meanwhile, work/life balance means a lot to us. Your feedback indicates to me that there could be some improvements here. I will roll this over to our managers, so they can have this insight. Furthermore, I invite anyone with concerns over his or her workload to express those concerns to me, directly. They are also welcoming to do so anonymously if that’s preferred.

      Corporate positions are better than Field Positions

      Pros

      Flexibility. Ability to talk to every one from the CEO to your manager. The office is small so you pass everyone casually

      Cons

      leaderships unwillingness to accept when things are going wrong
