      Keefe part of TKC is toxic.

      Pros

      Some of the people are hard workers and do their job.

      Cons

      Favoritism ,Low wages for workload, No investment into employees education, Management is oblivious to why they are hemorrhaging senior staff members.

      Great for those starting out in customer service field, more like for those in 18-24 years of age

      Cons

      Not very good in keeping promise of stability, chances of promotion is slim even upon excellent services and work ethics.

      Great benefits!!!!!! Great pay!!! The company is just getting better and better. PTO time is good when you get a chance to take it. Great upper management

      Cons

      Hours. If you are short staff you fill in the gaps. But for the most part no cons. Trying to plan vacation time
