They pay on time that is honestly the only one, the ITSM team was amazing with the support as management was inexistent

Never seen the product or got guidance,no training provided or carrer plan just random calls with no actual topic

salary its not bad and you can get schengen visa easly

very toxic environment and it doesnt have career path and they are very Disorganized and chaotic and not Uncooperative and its very entry level job and almost data entry and doesnt have opportunity to get promotion

No chance for advancement. Low salary for extremly stressful situations. Technical issues which can only be resolved remotely with an IT team that will in no way assist
