Nice salary but really rotten work/life balance

Pros

Nice salary and benefits (for some jobs/countries) You get to learn a lot about the imigration visa process worldwide. Most people are nice and friendly (at least at the surface) Multi cultural teams and international get togethers.

Cons

No such thing as work/life balance. - high workload, high stress environment. No clear roles and responsabilities on some teams. Awfull onboarding process for new workers on most teams - everyone is always so busy that they don't really have time to give you a proper welcome and basic training. Some managers seem completely clueless on how to manage people - also they seem to be really overworked so maybe it's not their fault and its really just lack of time. The company is so ambitious on their growth plan that it seems to forget that people matter, not only the end goal of having the biggest marketshare. The result is too much presure and workload on everyone, which leads to dissatisfaction, burnouts and high turnovers.

Tlscontact employee treatment

Pros

None Absolutely nothing is good about this company

Cons

This is the most exploitive company since 2016: Employees don't get annual increases. No uif ters Unfair distribution of medical insurance. No provision of provident fund. Unable to join a trade union. Coercive and dictatorship management. Extra work but under staffed. Late or no lunch breaks. No 13th cheque. Employees can't survive on a salary of r5000 this is really ridiculous. management doesn't care as long as they earn their high salaries and wages. Basically this company exploits employees and the level of remuneration is absolutely low Employee retention absolutely low, employees are tired of this treatment and are leaving the company. Anyone in the South African labour department or trade unions should investigate this company!
