Excellent culture, committed to the success of their employees, and passionate about delivering the best results possible for clients. Senior management team is approachable and open to new ideas, as long as they support the culture the company has worked hard to develop and/or lead to successful resolution to clients' business challenges.

I have been with TM Floyd for just over 5 years. Since the beginning, I have felt like a valued member of the team. I have been able to grow in my role and am able to comfortably make suggestions to management when necessary. TMF is family friendly and cares about its employees' well being. I am glad to be a part of this company.
