Great Training. Great Culture depending on the branch you're at. Insurance is good for a single person.

Cons

Low Pay. It's almost like they want to train you and then let you go? They don't really adapt to market trends. If you're a fast learner, skip this company. Insurance Quadruples if your partner is on your plan. Odd?

Thank you for taking the time to leave your experience. I do believe you might have the wrong "TMC- Therapy Management Corporation:" since there are others out there. We are a therapy company and do not have Logistic Sales Representatives positions.
