Wanted an unethical 100% productivity rate, but call it "docs" instead of productivity. The supervising PT would call late at night to ask questions about the patients he was doing "reverts" on, If caseload was low, they would require you to "screen" for part B cases...but that did not count for productivity Doing documentation on the clock did not count as being productive, so you had to do your documentation off the clock or else be given a warning or write up for productivity being low
