Most boring place I've ever worked. Really dated processes and best practices that are no longer current. Leadership kicks their feet up and earn generous paychecks. They are very reluctant to engage with their employees in a meaningful way, for example, the comment box that is referred to over and over again in the response on here from HR. What a joke that thing is and what a joke of a solution. My advice is if you want to roll your sleeves up, have meaningful work, use your mind and leverage your career experience this is not the place for you. If you don't really think for yourself, are unsure of your competence and like to sit idle then you'd be great here! Unbelievable to see how much our government wastes contract dollars on unproductivity. Crazy! If you're curious about management salaries, you can google it, non-profits publish this data. Pay is below average. Job expectation certifications. Benefits expensive. No growth potential for promotion.
