Losing confidence

Pros

The people you get to work with are amazing. The TNTP name attracts the most talented and passionate people and I truly appreciate my colleagues. The 100% remote work setting is a plus for me.

Cons

The leadership team is in a tailspin and the organization has lost focus. Colleagues send out their resignation emails on a weekly basis (it's a big firm, there are a lot of people, but this has been a recent change). The executive team makes decisions in a complete vacuum and spits out "position statements" that have no strategy or action attached to them. Many of my colleagues say they don't know what their job is anymore. Oh, and recent changes to the goal-setting and bonus structure will essentially guarantee that merit increases and bonuses are a thing of the past - beware when they offer it as part of their "total compensation package."
