The people are incredible and hard working. In addition, the organization values its employees and how hard they work day in and day out. It's also an extremely flexible working environment.

Cons

Work life balance is a challenge with everyone working so hard to advance the mission. Other than that, it's a great place to work!

Very smart people and highly motivated to succeed despite any challenges. Virtual organization that allows many of the employees to work from home.

Cons

Work life balance is a big issue currently. Just too much work for the number of employees and expectations of always being on and connected through email, chat, etc.
