Pros

Good business concept Fun to work career opportunities in business not soccer.

Cons

- Not a multicultural company - It's a retail and real state company - Coaches have no certificates in Coaching or experience which can damage player development - Leadership Team have zero background in Coaching/ Sports Science/Teaching/and use a simple machine that you can buy online to make it appealing to costumers that have no clue about soccer.

Pros

Amazing growth as a company and always providing all employees a chance to grow. Huge collaborative environment and always able to share new ideas. TOCA is very flexible and preaches work-life balance.

Cons

Not really a con, but it is a startup, so that does come with some hecticness as the company is growing so fast. If you love being in that type of environment, this is the place to be.
