-Work with amazing kids and amazing technology -Build your personal brand as a soccer coach -Learn valuable coaching skills

Cons

Corporate micromanaging ruins any autonomy in your job. You will most likely love your Toca Manager and General Manager but once you get any higher on the corporate ladder, that’s when the issues start. You will constantly be handcuffed by nonsense rules and policy changes, only to be belittled when you can’t live up to the impossible standards they set for you and your location.
