      Some reasonable staff perks. They all like food so there are often buffets and cakes/ there really isn’t much more to add :(

      Cons

      A terrible working atmosphere. I was amazed by the poor attitude to data security. Outdated systems and poor working culture. I thought the lack of risk management, planning and attitude fed from the top was a real worry. I was trained by a terrible guy who was not patient, understanding or good at explaining and who got funny when you asked for help, post training. HR said they were aware of complaints on my exit interview and may have to do something about it!

      Flat organization with casual atmosphere. Everyone has a voice and can provide input on direction. Great brands to work on and be creative with.

      Sales goals consistently increase so hard to meet targets.
